Shipping and payment methods

All our products are dispatched by courier, usually between 2 and 3 working days after payment of the order. There may be situations in which products are dispatched after this date. The customer is informed of the expected delivery time, which is calculated in working days.

Once the order has been finalised, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance or prioritise delivery.

Products are delivered from Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs:

Our items have associated shipping costs, unless there is a campaign, with a limited duration, in which the shipping costs are free.

Shipping costs are calculated taking into account the weight and destination of the order, as follows:

Purchases made to mainland Portugal over €50 have free shipping.

Purchases made to the archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores, over €100, have free shipping.

For larger weights or dimensions, the shipping costs will be shown when finalising the order.

All orders dispatched can be tracked using an online tracking code.

We do not ship to PO boxes.


Payments
When you finalise your purchase, you can pay using only 100% secure payment methods. Your payment details are not stored online or passed directly to Creativolution.eu.

Paypal

Paypal is the most widely used way of making online payments worldwide. By creating a Paypal account you can make payments at millions of different online shops. Paypal is a secure payment method because your credit card details are not passed on to the various online shops. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be taken to the Paypal page to finalise your payment, after which Paypal will inform Creativolution that your order has been paid for and can be dispatched.

Payments by credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Allows you to make payments using your credit card details securely and without complications. Accessible to all customers who want immediate payments and refunds via their credit card.
