Refund policy
SPECIAL PERIODS - BLACK FRIDAY AND CHRISTMAS SHOPPING
Purchases made between 25/11 and 24/12 can be exchanged or returned until 15/01 provided they meet all the conditions for exchanging/returning items.
> Returns will only be accepted for products that:
- have not been used, washed or damaged;
- have an original label;
- are in perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging (if any).
When you receive your order, you should always check that the item is in perfect condition, with no manufacturing defects or other anomalies. If you find that the item is not as you intended, you should contact us as soon as possible to exchange the item.
Items can be exchanged by returning the item and placing a new order.
Exceptionally and only for these campaigns, returns will be accepted within the maximum period mentioned above.
The shipping costs for returning the order are always the customer's responsibility. For this reason, you can choose the carrier or postal service you want. It is not necessary to send the products on an express service.
To make an exchange/return you must follow these steps:
The User must notify info@creativolution.eu in writing of their intention to exchange or return, within the period defined above, indicating all their identification details, the product purchased that they wish to return and the date on which they made the purchase, as well as a copy of the order form.
When making a return, please note the following:
- The product, its packaging and the original labels must be intact and undamaged.
- In the case of electronic items, you must ensure that the packaging is complete and in perfect condition: box, instruction manual, guarantee certificate, terminal and accessories, containing all the components that make it up.
- The product must be intact, exactly in the condition in which it was sold. A return will be rejected if the product shows any kind of external or internal damage, deterioration, dirt or evidence of use.
- A copy of the purchase receipt or invoice must be included.
- The product must not be damaged, so it must be packaged properly, in a box/bag so that it is well protected (we are not responsible for your postage).
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once the return has been received at Creativolution, the condition of the product has been assessed and the return has been accepted, the User will be refunded the amount corresponding to the amount actually paid for the product (amount on the sales invoice excluding postage).
Refunds
The method of refund depends on the payment method used for the order. In the case of credit card and PayPal payments, these are credited to the respective accounts. In all other cases, the User's NIB is required and the refund is made to the bank account indicated. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
If any of the components of the item sold are missing, or if any of them are not in their original condition, no refund will be made and the product will be sent back to the original dispatch address.
Claims
In the event that the exchange/return is due to a shipping error on Creativolution's part, the customer must contact us in writing at info@creativolution.eu to arrange collection of the item, with Creativolution assuming all the costs of the exchange/return and re-shipment. To submit a claim for a used product, you must contact us to resolve the matter. If the claim is accepted, the item will be replaced with a new one. If the claim is not accepted, we will return the claimed item to the customer.
