Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Occasionally, dispatch may take a little longer.
- Delivery times are given in business days, and deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
- All orders include online tracking.
- We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping costs
- Orders are subject to shipping costs, except during limited-time free shipping campaigns.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
- For heavier or bulkier orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
- The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout, before payment.
Order changes
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to change the payment method or delivery address, bring the dispatch forward, or change the delivery priority.
Payments
- We only accept 100% secure payment methods. Your card details are not stored or shared with us.
- MB WAY, Multibanco Reference and Payshop.
- PayPal: you are redirected to PayPal to complete the payment, which then confirms your order as paid.
- Credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay: instant payment and instant refund.
